Nebraska Furniture Mart Inc. is seeking a Multi-Family Sales Representative in Cedar Park, TX to partner with multi-family builders and elevate home spaces. You will nurture relationships, follow up on leads, and contribute to strategic growth while delivering exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of outside sales experience, ability to read blueprints, and a preference for English/Spanish bilingual communication. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years outside sales experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and specification books within 3–6 months on the job.
• English/Spanish bilingual speakers preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Pre-employment screening includes background checks.

• Build Relationships: Turn industry leads into partnerships through outreach, events and follow-up.

• Stay product-savvy: Attend all product-training meetings.
• Support the team: Work the sales floor and keep it professional.

Job Duties: A Day in the Life

• Monitor: Maintains a high level of customer loyalty by being proactive in meeting customer needs, providing support through accurate and timely orders and request for information
• Build Relationships: Turn industry leads into meaningful partnerships through outreach, events and consistent follow-up
• Maintain: Generates new business through cold calling, formal and informal sales meetings at customer offices or NFM show room, industry events and other venues
• Stay product-savvy: Attends all product-training meetings
• Support the team: Works the sales floor when requested, maintains the sales floor in a professional manner
