Job summary

Greystar seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a 550-unit Orlando community. You will manage staff, budgets, leasing, and vendor relationships to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

The role requires 4–6 years of property management experience, strong communication, and a client-focused service mindset. Candidates must demonstrate leadership and ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property, team, and resources to meet budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, and renewal processes to maintain occupancy and revenue targets.
• Analyze market and economic trends to inform marketing and leasing strategies.
• Ensure maintenance teams meet company standards for safety, cleanliness, and appearance.
• Assist in owner relationship management with updates and property performance.
