Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a 550-unit garden-style community in Orlando, FL. You will manage staff, budgets, leasing, and maintenance to meet financial and service goals.

The role requires 4–6 years in property management, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Schedule is Monday–Friday with on-site responsibilities and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated; able to lead and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements and market trends to inform budget and occupancy strategies.
• Set rents, collect revenue, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices and manage communications between stakeholders.
• Control expenditures within budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, renewals, inspections, and notices.
• Monitor occupancy, marketing, and leasing strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Respond to resident inquiries to promote satisfaction and retention.
• Inspect property to ensure safety, cleanliness, and upkeep.
