An Employee-Owned (ESOP) company, you will own projects from site setup through close-out, coordinating with clients, trades, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in construction with PM experience (commercial focus).
• 4-year degree with 2–4 years PM experience or equivalent.
• Submit a commercial project list with your application.
• Procore experience preferred.
• Strong ability to read financial/legal documents and solve problems independently.
• Independent, self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive successful, cost-effective execution of commercial developments while managing multiple projects.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce construction schedules.
• Direct on-site personnel and resolve on-site issues.
• Communicate with owners, design professionals, staff, subcontractors, regulators, and tradesmen.
• Maintain strong client relationships and sponsor to ensure satisfaction.
