Job summary

HD Supply is seeking an Outside Sales Account Manager for Multi-Family Housing Accounts in the Greater Aurora/Joliet area. You will sell MRO and related products to an established portfolio of apartment communities, driving sales and expanding the customer base.

Responsibilities include building relationships with decision makers, meeting sales goals, and collaborating with leadership on market trends. A BS/BA and bilingual English/Spanish are valued.

Qualifications

• Direct sales to multi-family communities and facilities maintenance customers.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a remote position.
• Experience with a large product line and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains strong sales relationships with key decision makers across all levels.
• Manages sales with existing customers while prospecting new ones to expand the base.
• Develops and implements plans to expand business in the assigned area.
• Shares market insights and competitor information with channels.
• Collaborates with leadership to analyze market trends and customer needs.
