Job summary

HD Supply is seeking an Outside Sales Account Manager to grow sales of MRO and related products to multi-family housing accounts. You will manage a Northwest Indiana territory, including Griffith, Gary and surrounding areas, while building long-term relationships and meeting yearly targets.

A valid MVR may be required and a company vehicle is typically used for remote calls. The role emphasizes direct sales, CRM use, and consultative selling with bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of B2B field sales experience.
• Direct sales to multi-family communities and facilities maintenance customers.
• Experience with consultative/solution selling preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new accounts to meet annual sales goals.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing multi-family customers.
• Cover the Northwest Indiana territory, including Griffith and nearby areas.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to provide solutions.
• Represent the company at local events and associations as needed.
