Job summary

HD Supply is seeking an Outside Sales Account Manager to sell MRO supplies to an established portfolio of multi-family housing customers in California, including Santa Clarita, Palmdale and Lancaster. The role blends account management with new business development and requires strong relationship-building and product knowledge.

You will work with MS Excel and Salesforce, meet or exceed annual sales goals, coordinate with internal teams, and travel up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years B2B field sales experience.
• Direct sales to multi-family communities and facilities maintenance customers is a plus!
• Expert rapport building abilities.
• Knowledge of facilities products such as hardware, electrical, lighting, and more.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Salesforce, or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales with current core industries and emerging markets, prospect new accounts and retain existing ones.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers across organizations.
• Meet or exceed yearly sales goals and contribute to profit growth.
• Share market and competitor information across channels and coordinate with internal teams.
• Travel as required, up to 10% overnight.
