Job summary

HD Supply Management, LLC (USA) seeks an Outside Sales Account Manager to grow sales of MRO and related products to an established multi-family housing portfolio in the Greater Aurora/Joliet area. You will drive profitability, manage relationships with key decision makers, and represent the company at industry events.

The role requires 2–5 years of field sales experience, strong product knowledge, and proficiency in Excel/Salesforce. A valid driver's license and territory residence are expected.

Qualifications

• Direct sales to Multi-family communities and facilities maintenance customers.
• 3+ years B2B field sales experience.
• Knowledge of facilities products such as hardware, electrical, lighting, and more.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Salesforce, or similar CRM.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains strong sales relationships with key decision makers and influencers across all levels of an organization.
• Manages sales volume with existing customers while prospecting and acquiring new customers.
• Develops and implements plans to expand business presence in the assigned area.
• Attends monthly business meetings and represents the organization in regional activities as necessary.
