HD Supply is seeking an Outside Sales Account Manager for Multi-Family Housing Accounts in the Greater Aurora/Joliet area. The role requires driving profitable sales growth, prospecting new accounts, and expanding opportunities with current customers in the multi-family housing sector.

The candidate must reside within or near the territory and operate a personal vehicle. A vehicle check (MVR) is required, and a base salary plus incentive bonus is offered with benefits including travel support

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years B2B field sales experience.
• Direct sales to HD Supply facility customers and industry products.
• Knowledge of facilities products such as hardware, electrical, lighting, and more.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

• Develops and maintains strong sales relationships with key decision makers and influencers across all levels of an organization.
• Manages sales volume with existing customers while actively prospecting and acquiring new customers to expand the customer base.
• Develops and implements plans to expand business presence in the assigned area.
• Shares market insights and competitor information with relevant channels throughout the organization.
• Collaborates with leadership to analyze market trends and customer needs, providing input for sales strategies and initiatives.
• Attends monthly business meetings for company-sponsored associations, engages in local trade shows, and represents the organization in regional or national activities as necessary.
