HD Supply is seeking an Outside Sales Account Manager for Multi-Family Housing Accounts. You will sell MRO supplies to an established portfolio of multi-family housing customers to maintain and grow sales.

The role includes a base salary with an incentive bonus, plus a laptop/tablet, cell phone, and monthly expenses coverage. You’ll prospect new accounts, manage existing relationships, and collaborate with leadership on market trends.

Qualifications

• 4+ years B2B field sales experience.
• Bilingual Spanish / English preferred.
• Direct sales to multi-family communities and facilities maintenance is a plus.
• Expert rapport-building abilities.
• Knowledge of facilities products (hardware, electrical, lighting, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a remote position.

Responsabilités

• Sell MRO supplies and other products to multi-family housing customers.
• Prospect new accounts and retain existing ones to grow annual sales.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with leadership on market trends and sales strategies.
• Attend local trade shows and regional/national activities as needed.
• Resolve data issues and provide accurate market insights.
