Job summary

Crosswood and 1840 Garden in Eugene, OR seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform on-site upkeep for two apartment communities totaling 211 units. You will handle routine maintenance tasks, safety/compliance, and resident service with a focus on timely repairs.

The role is full-time, with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule 8:00am–5:00pm and rotating after-hours on-call. Benefits include medical/dental coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and 8 holidays per year.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in multi-family maintenance.
