Job summary

11Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure Parkview and Cedarwood Apartments in Wenatchee, WA are well-maintained and meet quality standards. You will respond promptly to service requests, manage turnovers, and uphold curb appeal while delivering excellent resident service.

The role requires 1+ year in property maintenance, strong communication, and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in property maintenance or related field.
• Multifamily property management experience is preferred.
• Experience using HappyCo or similar property maintenance software is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite for communication with management, teammates, and residents.
• Must meet physical requirements and handle paints, pool chemicals and other hazardous materials safely.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and coordinate service requests with minimal callbacks.
• Complete make-ready activities for vacant units and ensure units meet standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair major and minor mechanical systems.
• Conduct daily property walks to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Maintain property appearance and provide professional customer service.
