Job summary

Affinity Property Management - OR is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Village at Main Street Apartments in Wilsonville. This role focuses on hands-on maintenance, safety compliance, and coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor to keep the community well maintained.

You will work Sunday to Thursday 8:00am–4:30pm on a region-based rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies, with a competitive hourly rate and benefits including medical, dental, 401k, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in multi-family maintenance.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation.
• Possess your own hand tools.
• General knowledge of groundskeeping, snow removal, painting, appliance repair, caulking, minor electrical/plumbing, pool maintenance (if applicable), HVAC, bid requests, and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry as needed.
• Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and materials.
• Respond to after-hour emergencies on a rotating on-call schedule.
• Complete apartment turnovers and coordinate with management on turnover timelines.
• Maintain pool/spa (if applicable) and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Assist with new resident preparation and housekeeping tasks to ensure curb appeal.
