Investment Property Group is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician for Woodcreek Apartments in Fairview, OR. You will perform routine and preventative maintenance to keep buildings, grounds, and amenities in prime condition, respond to service requests promptly, and contribute to a safe, inviting living environment.

Qualified candidates have 1+ year experience at a multifamily community, knowledge of plumbing/HVAC/appliances, own hand tools, and a willingness to participate in on-call

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician at a multifamily community of 100+ units.
• Experience with plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repairs (stoves, refrigerators, washers, dryers).
• Must supply own hand tools and operate them safely.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose defects and repair in accordance with safety standards and code requirements.
• Track inventory and notify supervisor about re-ordering needs.
