Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for two multi-family communities in Kennewick, WA. You’ll handle preventive maintenance, repairs, and on-call emergencies on a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekends.

The role includes a competitive hourly pay of $22.50, a $50 phone allowance, a $200 monthly transportation allowance, and comprehensive benefits including medical and dental insurance, 401(k), PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in multi-family maintenance.
• Possess your own hand tools.
• General knowledge of maintenance functions including electrical, plumbing, painting, HVAC, and pool maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders within 24 hours of submission to community satisfaction.
• Assist with sustaining inventory of tools, supplies, and materials.
• Respond to after-hour maintenance emergencies on a rotating schedule.
• Perform repairs involving electrical, plumbing, appliances, or general carpentry.
• Maintain pool/spa (if applicable).
• Assist with new resident turnover and inspections.
