Job summary

Affinity Property Management Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for two apartment communities in Kennewick, WA.

The role involves daily maintenance, repairs, and resident support across Center Pointe and Desertbrook, with a region-based on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies. You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and handle tasks such as groundskeeping, plumbing, electrical, painting, and pool upkeep (where applicable).

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• 1+ years of experience in multi-family maintenance.
• Possess your own hand tools.
• General knowledge of maintenance tasks including groundskeeping, painting, appliance repair, minor electrical/plumbing, pool maintenance (if applicable), HVAC.
• Willingness to work weekends and on-call emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, and preventive tasks across two apartment communities.
• Complete work orders within 24 hours and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Assist with turnover tasks and inspections.
• Maintain safety standards and comply with regulations.
• Communicate with Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager on progress and needs.
