Job summary

ACC Management Group, Inc. is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to service two newer properties in Oregon, WI. Responsibilities include daily maintenance, turns, grounds care, and on-call coverage to keep buildings looking their best.

The role requires 1–2 years of maintenance experience, strong hands-on skills, and the ability to work independently. Compensation includes competitive pay and benefits; full-time employees benefit from company-wide programs and on-call rotation support.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience.
• Multifamily property maintenance experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, groundskeeping and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor interior and exterior for maintenance issues and perform inspections.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and keep work area organized.
• Electrical: replace outlets, switches, fixtures and breakers.
• Plumbing: fix faucets, re-pipe, toilets and drains.
• Perform heating and cooling maintenance and cleaning.
• Groundskeeping and lawn care as needed.
• Carpentry and drywall repairs as required.
• Assist with cleaning and janitorial requests as needed.
• Paint units and common areas as required.
• Repair windows and doors and replace locks as needed.
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances and maintain inventory logs.
