Job summary

Affinity Property Management seeks a Maintenance Technician for two Pasco, WA communities. Work Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm with on-call for emergencies. Reports to Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.

Responsibilities include electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, and general maintenance to keep property in top condition. Requirements include 1+ year multi-family maintenance, High School Diploma, reliable transportation, and own hand tools.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in multi-family maintenance.
• Strong customer service and teamwork.
• Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs and general carpentry as needed.
• Inspect and maintain common areas, fixtures, plumbing, appliances, and pools/spa (if applicable).
• Complete work orders promptly and communicate with Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.
• Assist with inventory of tools, supplies, and materials.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies on a rotating on-call schedule.
