Comfort using Microsoft Office and quick learner of proprietary software like Yardi.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute work orders, property turns, and ongoing maintenance projects.
Diagnose and repair issues involving HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and appliances.
Conduct move-in/move-out inspections and daily checks of common areas.
Manage apartment turns within 1–7 days and respond to resident maintenance concerns.
Follow established preventative maintenance programs.
Use Yardi to enter and close work orders and manage documentation.
