Job summary

You’ll diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues, inspect units, manage turns within 1–7 days, and handle vendor coordination. Proficiency with Yardi and MS Office is expected. On-call rotation applies.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of property maintenance or property management experience.
• Proficiency in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs.
• Able to lift 100 pounds and handle physical tasks; on-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Daily operations: manage work orders, property turns, and maintenance projects.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and appliances.
• Conduct move-in/move-out inspections and daily checks of common areas for safety.
• Manage apartment turns within 1–7 days and respond promptly to resident concerns.
• Follow preventative maintenance programs including moisture and safety inspections.
• Use Yardi to enter/close work orders, document work, and generate reports.
