Job summary

5 West Group is seeking a prudent Leasing Agent to manage the day-to-day operations of assigned multi-family residential properties in Toledo, OH. The goal is to maximize asset value and occupancy while maintaining high tenant satisfaction.

You will respond to leasing leads in real time via phone and email, support marketing and rent collection, and help control expenses to drive revenue growth. Collaboration with the Property Manager is essential to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Leasing Agent in multi-family housing is preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of property management best practices and financials.
• Proficient in MS Office and property management software.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask as needed (and travel between sites, if required).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations of multi-family properties ensuring smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company regulations.
• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants.
• Respond to leasing leads in real time via phone and email.
• Support marketing, leasing, maintenance, and rent collection efforts.
• Help control expenses, and support revenue growth.
• Work closely with Property Manager to meet performance goals.
