Job summary

5 West Group is seeking a prudent Leasing Agent to manage day-to-day operations of assigned multi-family properties in Cincinnati, aiming to maximize occupancy and tenant satisfaction through effective leasing and responsive service.

You will coordinate with Property Manager, handle leasing leads, maintain relationships with tenants, and support marketing, rent collection, and financial reporting. Strong communication, organization, and proficiency with MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Leasing Agent in multi-family housing.
• Strong understanding of property management best practices and financials.
• Proficient in MS Office and property management software.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask as needed (and travel between sites, if required).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations of multi-family properties ensuring smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company regulations.
• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants.
• Respond to leasing leads in real time via phone and email.
• Support marketing, leasing, maintenance, and rent collection efforts.
• Help control expenses, and support revenue growth.
• Work closely with Property Manager/Assistant Property Manager to meet performance goals.
