Job summary

VSF Rentals is seeking an energetic Leasing Agent to own the lead-to-lease funnel across our Piqua, Troy, and Sidney area properties. You will conduct in-person showings, process applications, and drive leases with the support of a dedicated leasing team.

Responsibilities

• Own the lead-to-lease process across multiple properties in the Piqua/Troy/Sidney corridor; conduct showings to find qualified residents.
• Manage full cycle — showings, applications, leasing, move-ins — with support from the leasing team.
• Earn commission on new resident leases and renewals; provide top-tier service to residents.
• Collaborate with team to improve resident satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Lead and coach leasing staff across multiple sites as the portfolio grows.
