New Earth Residential LLC seeks a Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a multi-family community in Las Vegas. You will welcome residents, approve leases, monitor market trends, and ensure the property is well-maintained, staffed, and profitable.

Responsibilities include leading on-site staff, managing budgets, posting social content, maintaining listings, handling emergencies, and coordinating with vendors while delivering exceptional resident service.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as an on-site Community Manager in multifamily property management.
• Strong leasing and marketing background with superior customer service.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and internet tools.
• Community budgeting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospects and residents with exceptional customer service and a friendly greeting.
• Lead a daily check-in to energize and motivate the on-site team.
• Conduct daily meetings with the Service Supervisor to align priorities.
• Post and ensure all community income is accurately recorded.
• Maintain active social media presence with three weekly posts on Instagram and Facebook.
• Keep Internet Listing Services (ILS) updated to maximize visibility.
• Update Resman with notices, move-ins, leases, traffic, and availability.
• Walk make-ready units to ensure readiness for new residents.
• Lease apartments and follow up with new move-ins for satisfaction.
• Refresh market surveys to stay competitive.
• Update mileage logs and approve payroll hours for all staff.
• Walk grounds with landscapers to ensure curb appeal.
• Stay informed on market trends by shopping competitors.
