New Earth Residential LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to showcase our beautiful grounds and apartments, conduct tours, and highlight features that make living in our community unique. You will engage with prospective residents with a positive attitude and support on-site operations under the Community Manager.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with residents and team members.
• Excellent time management to juggle tours, inquiries, and follow-ups.
• Customer-service oriented approach with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident inquiries and conduct tours of available apartments.
• Lease apartments and assist in ongoing leasing training.
• Maintain lease compliance and assist with rent collections and reporting.
• Perform tasks as needed to support on-site operations.
