Job summary

Energy Panel Structures Inc. in Perryville, MO is seeking a Commercial Project Coordinator to move multifamily projects from order entry through production from our Perryville office.

The ideal candidate will read and interpret construction drawings, coordinate with district sales managers, panel designers, dealers and general contractors, and maintain organized project documentation while meeting timelines.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general construction practices and procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate with EPS District Sales Managers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate project details with truss and wall panel designers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for dealers and general contractors regarding project questions.
• Review and submit shop drawings for trusses and wall panels.
• Coordinate project information to ensure timely movement from order through production.
• Respond to job site and project-related questions as needed.
• Maintain organized project documentation and records.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure project timelines and customer expectations are met.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
