Qualifications

• 2–4 years of payroll, accounts payable, or related accounting experience.
• Experience supporting payroll and/or AP for multiple entities, departments, or states.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data reconciliation.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process payroll accurately on schedule.
• Review timesheets, deductions, benefits, and payroll data.
• Respond to payroll questions from employees and partners.
• Process vendor invoices and accounts payable payments.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist month-end and year-end close activities and reporting.
• Maintain organized financial records and support audits.
