Job summary

Caselle, Inc. is seeking a Payroll and General Accounting Specialist to support payroll, accounts payable, and general accounting for multi-entity operations.

The role focuses on timely processing, accurate recordkeeping, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations. The position requires 2–4 years of payroll/AP experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to handle confidential information across entities and states.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in payroll, accounts payable, or related accounting function.
• Experience supporting payroll and/or AP for multiple entities and in multi-state environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reconciliation.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality for sensitive information.
• Degree in accounting/finance/business or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process payroll accurately and timely.
• Review timesheets, deductions, benefits, and payroll-related information.
• Process vendor invoices and manage accounts payable procedures.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end close, reporting, and audits.
• Maintain organized financial records and support internal controls.
