Qualifications

• Experience with accounts payable across multiple entities.
• Proficient in Excel with advanced functions for reporting.
• Experience with invoice matching and discrepancy resolution.
• Agricultural accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions across multiple business entities.
• Match invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documentation accurately.
• Manage AP bill-backs and allocations related to grower accounts.
• Prepare Excel-based reports, summaries, and reconciliations.
• Support month-end accounting activities and AP related reporting.
