Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience leading an accounting function.
• GAAP knowledge and strong internal controls.
• Proficient Excel and ERP system skills.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close across multiple entities, meeting deadlines.
• Oversee GL activity, journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Review financial results and investigate variances and trends.
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports.
• Support audits with schedules and analysis.
• Oversee A/R and A/P activities and vendor issues.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure proper accounting treatment.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
