Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee multi-entity accounting operations, lead month-end close, and prepare financial statements. The role requires a solid accounting foundation and experience with intercompany transactions and property management accounting.

CPA credentials are highly preferred. Warehouse, distribution, or real estate exposure is valuable, especially with contracts and multi-location operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years progressive accounting experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting.
• Experience with general ledger, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close.
• Experience managing multiple entities and intercompany transactions.
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and adjusting entries.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, bank reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, property-level reports, and variance analyses.
• Manage intercompany transactions across multiple entities.
• Review tenant billing, rent rolls, and lease administration activities.
• Prepare CAM reconciliations and allocate expenses across properties.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Support year-end audit and tax prep with external auditors.
