Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC seeks a Corporate Accounting Manager to lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close across six entities in a dynamic financial services organization in Reston, VA. You will partner with the Controller, drive consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and US GAAP reporting, while mentoring accounting staff and advancing process improvements.

Qualifications

CPA and Big 4/public accounting background strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
8+ years of accounting experience with leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong expertise in month-end close, consolidations, financial reporting, and U.S. GAAP.
Experience with multi-entity accounting and NetSuite or a similar ERP system.

Responsibilities

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multiple entities.
Review journal entries, reconciliations, variance analyses, and general ledger activity.
Oversee consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and financial statement preparation.
Manage accounts payable and payroll operations.
Coordinate internal and external audit activities.
Drive process improvements, automation efforts, and accounting system enhancements.
