Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle accounting experience.
• 1–2 years managing books for multiple entities or corporate clients.
• Experience with cloud ERP systems (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Online, Xero).
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a major plus but not required.
• Exposure to accounting nuances in at least two core sectors (e.g., digital services, construction, real estate, insurance).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day general ledger activities and month-end closing.
• Prepare financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet) for multiple entities.
• Maintain intercompany transactions and consolidations in a cloud ERP.
• Ensure tax-ready books and liaise with external CPAs.
• Develop repeatable workflows, automated reporting, and internal controls.
• Support corporate filings across entities.
