Job summary

Tri Source International, a growing global BPO headquartered in Valencia, CA, seeks an experienced Senior Accounting Manager / Controller to own the accounting and financial operations for multiple entities. This is a hands-on role and the primary accounting and finance position within the organization.

The ideal candidate will manage full cycle accounting, intercompany reconciliations, AP/AR, and internal controls across multi-entity operations, identifying profitability opportunities and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience managing the full accounting cycle and month-end closes.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and experience with reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day accounting function for multiple companies and entities.
• Manage full accounting cycle, including journal entries and month-end close.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations and maintain supporting documentation.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing processes.
• Provide financial analysis, budgeting, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Establish and maintain internal controls and sound accounting practices.
• Partner with executive leadership to drive profitability and decision making.
