Job summary

OneTrust International LLC in Puerto Rico seeks an Accounting Manager to oversee full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of startup entities. You will manage GL, month-end close, and financial reporting across entities using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

The role requires 4+ years of multi-entity accounting experience, intercompany understanding, and strong communication in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, with multi-entity exposure.
• Experience with cloud ERP software such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Online, or Xero.
• Familiarity with intercompany transactions and consolidated reporting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day general ledger activities, month-end closing, and financial reporting across a portfolio of distinct startup entities.
• Maintain financial data integrity across entities using a cloud ERP platform (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), utilizing dimensions to manage intercompany transactions, allocations, and consolidations.
• Adapt to diverse revenue recognition and compliance needs, navigating everything from progress billings in construction management to commission tracking in insurance brokerage.
• Prepare clear monthly, quarterly, and annual financial packages (P&L, Balance Sheet) for individual startup leadership teams.
• Build, document, and scale repeatable workflows, automated reporting, and basic internal controls.
• Maintain tax-ready books and compile documentation for external CPAs, handling corporate filings across the various entities.
