Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead global, multi-entity accounting activities reporting to the CFO. This hands-on role combines technical accounting with process improvement, internal controls, and financial systems optimization across domestic and international entities.

You will drive monthly close, financial reporting, budgeting support, and collaboration with senior leadership while mentoring the accounting team and partnering with stakeholders company-wide.

Qualifications

• Fluent understanding of GAAP and corporate accounting principles.
• Experience managing multi-entity ERP environments and consolidations.
• Ability to oversee monthly and year-end close processes with accuracy.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting across multiple entities and business operations.
• Take ownership of international and investment-entity accounting activities.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure timely financial activity.
• Prepare intercompany, consolidation, and elimination entries; monitor debt and cash flows.
• Lead month-end and year-end close, ensure accurate financial reporting and controls.
• Mentor accounting staff and support system/process improvements.
