Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leading accounting operations.
• Strong multi-entity accounting experience and GAAP knowledge.
• Hands-on with month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and ERP/integrated systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting across multiple legal entities and business units.
• Own monthly and year-end close; prepare journal entries and reconciliations.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable processes; resolve issues.
• Support inventory and cost accounting, including COGS and valuation.
• Improve accounting processes within QuickBooks Online and ERP systems.
• Assist with financial reporting, audits, and regulatory filings.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and maintain internal controls.
