Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 to 2 plus years of related experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and payments.
• Reconcile payments and manage receivables.
• Review license status and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain logs and resolve pricing/quantity discrepancies in ERP.
• Oversee EDI and Fintech aging reports and collect balances.
• Prepare state license reports and payroll files.
• Coordinate payroll processing and respond to inquiries.
• Assist with internal controls and process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
