Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Houston, TX to manage inflows and deliver excellent service to customers and internal teams.

You will support cash application and AR accounting, maintain organized AR and deposit documentation, assist with weekly and monthly close, process transactions, and collaborate with Sales on chargebacks and deductions while pursuing KPI targets and process improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1–2+ years AR experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s inflow and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Support cash application and AR accounting with accurate documentation and transactions.
• Assist with weekly and month-end close processes and related checklists; support AR activities.
• Maintain organized filing for AR and deposit documentation; issue credit notes and assist with audit documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales on chargebacks and deductions and identify KPI improvement opportunities.
