Job summary

Reyes Holdings in Florida is seeking a detail-oriented finance support professional to assist Shared Services across accounts payable, accounts receivable, licensing and compliance, and payroll processes. The role involves processing invoices, reconciling payments, maintaining accurate logs, and ensuring regulatory and internal controls are followed.

You will generate weekly vendor payments, manage receivables, and help resolve discrepancies within the ERP system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1–2+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports Shared Services functions by processing invoices, reconciling payments, reviewing license status, preparing payroll files, and implementing internal controls.
• Generate weekly check runs to pay vendors and manage receivables for assigned accounts, including researching payment agreements and collecting on aging balances.
• Assist with reconciliation, maintain invoice logs, ensure updates in the ERP system, and resolve pricing and quantity discrepancies.
• Oversee EDI and Fintech aging reports, resolving issues and collecting outstanding balances.
• Prepare state license reports and update the ERP system to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with business units to process payroll and handle payroll inquiries; maintain filing systems for hard copies and e-files.
• Other duties as assigned.
