Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Grocery Manager to lead multiple departments, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced store environment.

You will oversee Grocery, Dairy, Frozen Food, and Beer/Wine, optimize scheduling, control costs, and coach a diverse team to deliver healthful options and outstanding shopping experiences. Apply today to join a growing healthy-living retailer.

Competenze

• 1 year managerial or supervisory experience in a multi-department operation within retail, hospitality, or service industries.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with a positive attitude toward customers.
• Demonstrated leadership to build, motivate and maintain staff with knowledge of reports and sales.
• Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Mansioni

• Oversee sales and operations of Grocery, Dairy, Frozen Food, and Beer/Wine departments.
• Monitor product handling, freshness, and date controls.
• Control labor costs and shrink, and manage schedules.
• Assist in store inventory counts and coordinate deliveries with suppliers.
• Coach and develop team members; participate in performance reviews.
• Recruit, hire, and collaborate with Store Manager on promotions and transfers.
• Lead by example to ensure top product quality and customer service.
• Cover MOD duties as needed and ensure safety standards.
