Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Grocery Manager to lead the sales and operations of multiple departments, including Grocery, Dairy, Frozen Food, and Beer/Wine. The role emphasizes people leadership, coaching, scheduling, and maintaining food safety standards in a fast-paced store environment.

You’ll oversee deliveries, inventory, and daily store performance while promoting a high level of customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1 year managerial or supervisory experience in a multi-department retail operation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with positive attitude toward customers
• Proven leadership ability to build, motivate and maintain staff
• Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills
• Food Safety certification and compliance with safety regulations
• Strong organization and planning skills; able to prioritize and multitask

Responsabilités

• Oversee sales and operations of multiple departments (Grocery, Dairy, Frozen Food, Beer/Wine)
• Manage labor costs and shrink to improve profitability
• Assist with store readiness for inventory counts
• Oversee receiving and verification of deliveries against invoices
• Manage ordering, sanitation, back-room inventory, and department safety
• Coach and develop team members; participate in bi-annual performance reviews
• Recruit, hire, and promote staff in collaboration with Store Manager
• Lead and improve store standards, product quality, and customer experience
• Act as Key Carrier or Manager on Duty as needed
