Responsibilities

• Ensure quality and productivity of the line.
• Adjust, repair and change over equipment for proper operation.
• Maintain records and documentation.
• Operate metal detectors and complete required paperwork.
• Perform quality checks and report issues.
• Keep the line and area sanitary.
• Enter data on production reports.
• Adhere to GMP, SOP, HACCP, SSOP, and H&S policies.
• Attend safety and departmental meetings.
• Sanitize lines when needed.
• Meet customer packaging specs.
