Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a production associate to help ensure quality and productivity on the line. You will perform adjustments, operate equipment, and maintain accurate records while upholding GMP, HACCP, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 20–100 lbs.
• Knowledge of production and plant processes.
• Flexible to work scheduled hours and overtime as needed.

• Basic numerical and mathematical calculation skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality and productivity of the line and maintain equipment operation.
• Perform adjustments, minor repairs and changeovers to insure proper operation.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Operate metal detectors and complete required paperwork.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure packaging meets specs.
• Maintain sanitary condition of equipment and facility.
• Follow GMP, SOP, HACCP, SSOP and H&S policies.
• Enter data on production reports and attend safety meetings.
