Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking motivated production team members to support cheese making operations in the United States.

You will monitor equipment such as cooker/stretchers, rotary molders and chillers, record data, and adjust processes to maintain optimal cheese quality. The role requires adherence to GMPs and food safety standards, strong communication with upstream and downstream operators, and flexibility to work overtime or holidays.

• Must follow GMPs and food safety systems.
• Reliable and available to work overtime or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cheese making equipment including cooker/stretchers, rotary molder/chillers, and related equipment.
• Record and interpret data to optimize cheese making conditions and adjust plans as needed.
• Communicate with upstream and downstream operators to ensure proper vat and recipe identification.
• Perform Master Sanitation duties and participate in sanitation efforts.
