Aerotek is seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician for our Nashville, TN facility. The role emphasizes maintaining and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs (Allen-Bradley and Siemens), hydraulics, pneumatics, and servo equipment in a hot non-climate controlled environment.

Expect to work 5 PM–5:30 AM, Monday–Friday with overtime on Saturdays and a tiered pay system. This contract-to-hire opportunity offers benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
• PLC troubleshooting skills.
• 3-8 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Familiarity with three-phase motors and micrometers.

Responsibilities

• Perform PLC troubleshooting on Allen Bradley and Siemens systems.
• Work with 480V electrical systems, sensors, and switches.
• Collaborate with and manage 3-phase motors.
• Handle hydraulic and pneumatic equipment efficiently.
• Support and maintain conveyors.
• Utilize micrometers for precise measurements.
• Operate and troubleshoot Kuku Robots.
• Ensure effective operation of bearings.
