Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Multicraft Maintenance Technician in Pulaski, TN for a contract to hire position. You will perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on a variety of production equipment, including conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and 3-phase motors.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, reading electrical schematics, and ensuring safe operation with lockout/tagout. The role starts on the 2nd shift with a planned transition to a 12-hour night schedule in a non-climate-controlled

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance in manufacturing.
• Troubleshooting hydraulic systems in an industrial setting.
• Troubleshooting pneumatic systems in an industrial setting.
• Experience with conveyors and material handling equipment.
• Ability to work with 3-phase motors and related controls.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting using a multimeter (480/110/24V).
• Ability to read electrical schematics for troubleshooting.
• Mechanical maintenance including inspection, repair and replacement.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort in a non-climate-controlled industrial environment.
• Willingness to transition to a 12-hour night shift as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems for safe operation.
• Maintain and troubleshoot pneumatic systems and control devices.
• Work with 3-phase motors and related controls, diagnostics and repairs.
• Use a multimeter for electrical troubleshooting on systems at 480, 110, and 24V.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics to identify faults.
• Diagnose and correct issues in AC/DC control systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Respond to breakdowns, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
• Document maintenance activities and parts usage.
• Follow lockout/tagout safety procedures and coordinate with teams.
