Nashville Wire Products in Springfield, TN is hiring a Multi Craft Industrial Maintenance Technician for the overnight shift. Base schedule is 3:30 pm to 2:00 am, Monday through Friday, with an approximate 50 hours per week and overtime on the 6th day as required.

The role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing machinery including hydraulics, stamping presses, and resistance welding systems; involves PLC setup and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Electrical-focused maintenance required; mechanical experience also needed.
• Stable work history in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Successful completion of tests including math, tape measure fractions, drug screen, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery, hydraulic/mechanical stamping presses, and resistance welding systems.
• Set up, integrate, and troubleshoot PLCs.
• Minimize line downtime and resolve recurring mechanical and electrical issues.
