Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join our growing manufacturing team in Frankfort, KY. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and automated systems to keep production running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, PLC troubleshooting, reading schematics, welding, and collaborating with production to improve equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance or multi-craft environments.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery.
• Diagnose hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor issues.
• Read blueprints and schematics.
• Assist with PLC troubleshooting and machine controls.
• Ensure safety standards and document maintenance actions.
