Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Multicraft Maintenance Technician for a high‑volume industrial facility in Lawrenceburg, TN. You will perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on production equipment, troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems, read electrical schematics, and help minimize downtime.

The role requires experience with 3‑phase motors, a willingness to work 2nd shift with a transition to a 12‑hour night schedule, and the ability to work in a non‑climate‑controlled plant.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Electrical troubleshooting using a multimeter.
• Hydraulic systems troubleshooting and repair.
• Pneumatic systems troubleshooting and repair.
• 3‑phase motor knowledge and repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic systems and ensure safe operation of cylinders, pumps, and valves.
• Maintain and troubleshoot pneumatic systems across the plant.
• Service 3‑phase motors and related controls, diagnosing faults.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics for fault finding.
• Document maintenance activities and parts usage as required.
